Our rental package includes regular advertising with a professional, yet informal and friendly style of marketing, to let boards, accompanied viewings, thorough tenant referencing and the drawing up of all the necessary legal documents. In addition to this, on our fully managed service, we will carry out an inventory on the property, check in the tenants, inform utilities, and visit the property every three months during the period of tenancy, providing the Landlord with a written report, deal with rental payments and carry out any necessary repairs thus giving Landlords complete peace of mind.
